We've created this page to help you, and answer some of your most asked questions!

If your questions aren't answered, or if you're having any more trouble, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team by emailing us at: [email protected]

"I can't find any emails from you!"

- Check alllll of your folders! Promotions, Social, Spam... Even trash... kinda weird but sometimes people have found our emails there!

- Search "Sober Sis" in your email search bar

- Add "[email protected]" to your contact list

*Please note, when using work email addresses, sometimes there is a server block that prevents you from receiving our emails.

If you have another email address, we're more than happy to try that for you.

"I'm having issues logging into the SoberSis Network"

If you are having trouble logging in, please ensure a couple of things:

1. You are using the correct URL for the Sober Sis Network (sober-sis.mn.co)

2. You are using the correct email address associated with your account when you first signed up. This may be different than your usual email address in the case you signed up with Linkedin or Facebook.

You can also always reset your password or send yourself a Magic Link that will automatically log you in your network

"I purchased the Reset Audios! Where are they?"

The Sober Sis Audios are emailed to you after purchase. If you do not have the email with the Audios let us know at [email protected]

"Messaging Another Member in the SoberSis Network"

As a member of a Mighty Network, you can send and receive private, direct messages with other members in the same network.

Start a new direct message with another member by navigating to their profile and tapping on the button that says "Say Hello."

Once you've messaged at least one other member in your network, you'll see a chat icon in the app along the bottom. Tapping on the chat icon will open up your main messaging area, where you can always access previous conversations.|

On the web, you can access your direct messages with other members by clicking on the chat icon in the upper right corner.

"What happens after 21 days?!"

When the 21 Day Reset ends, you will have continued access to the Sober Sis Network and the resources provided to you during the Reset by joining the Reset Grad group! 🏹
